All our cheeses are acquired in dairies. The vast majority are small rural producers, whose production is very low.
Cow, goat, sheep, and even some unexpected breed; soft pasta, washed rinds, medium or long aged cheese, blue, mouldy soft paste, truffled, with charcoal; an endless world of flavors that will make you dream.
Working from our heart we are constantly looking for products that convey feelings like origin, enthusiasm, effort, dedication, love, wisdom, nobility and humility and hoping that you can also feel this in each one of them.
